Come and join us for Wellbeing at Wollaton each month in Wollaton Park!
Date: First Sunday of each month.
Time: 10 am – 11.30 am
FREE ENTRY booking in advance is required on a first come first served basis in line with venue capacity. In case of bad weather, the event may be inside on a first come first served basis only.
June’s sessions
For the sessions, the first 15/20 minutes of the Sunday will be Mindful Meditation and a warm-up of Yoga followed by the planned session for that week.
Sessions will be lead by Devina Parekh, Founder Hot Yoga Nottingham, who said “We are very grateful and excited to be a part of such a fantastic idea that we can bring to life”.
Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive ready for yoga activities – please note the activity is on grass / ground, so come prepared with mats or blankets.
