It showcases 20 miniature sculptures in the eye of a needle and features four new, never before seen sculptures as part of the ‘Disappearing World’ collection.

The exhibition displays twenty micro sculptures from ‘Miniature Masterpieces’ and four brand new sculptures as part of the ‘Disappearing World’ collection. And the best part is… you can access all the exhibitions at Wollaton Hall for free!

Disappearing World
The four micro sculptures of this collection focus on biodiversity in danger and the national initiative launched last April 2023, alongside a new natural history gallery at the Hall.
‘Miniature Masterpieces’ featuring ‘Disappearing World’ and the new gallery ‘The Taxidermists’ Tale’ as part of Wollaton Hall’s gallery transformation programme have been grant funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Arts Council England.

The artists aim to expand his art trails throughout the UK, engaging visitors to join the Small Thing Matter movement that encourages people to adopt and mall changes in their lives by sharing ideas, values, and stories by motivating and inspiring you “to think a little differently”.
