Friday 5th July 2024 | 10 am to 11.30 am

Activities: involves a gentle walk and mindful activities to connect with nature and immerse in the forest using the senses. Lasts approx. 1 hour.

FREE ACTIVITY booking in advance is required on a first come first served basis in line with venue capacity.


Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive ready for yoga activities – please note the activity is on grass/ground, so come prepared with mats or blankets.
