Only ONE CAR REGISTRATION is allowed per ticket

There are NO discounted permits e.g. city cardholders, concessions or Nottingham City Council employees.

The permit needs to be displayed very visibly in your car as the park is patrolled by an independent body who can issue penalty notices.

If there is any doubt about the authenticity of the permit or it has been defaced in any way e.g. date or registration number tampered with then a penalty notice could be issued.

The permit cannot be used by anyone else.  The registration number on the permit must match the car that it is displayed in.

If the car registration changes the permit should be brought in and a replacement will be issued – an admin fee of £5 will be payable.

Parking Permits are valid for parking only, and are not eligible for admission to the Hall.

Parking Permits are not valid for special event days on the park.

Defacing the permit in any way will result in the permit being void and may result in a penalty notice being issued.

Once a penalty notice has been issued, you must use the contact details on the reverse for any appeals or complaints. The site team are unable to deal with your complaint directly.

The decision of the penalty issuer is final, subject to their appeals process, and our site team are unable to reverse any decision the issuer has made regarding the penalty notice.
