Harmony at the Hall
The Nottingham Chamber Wind Ensemble
Sunday 8th March 2026

In Mozart’s time, any self-respecting court had a Harmoniemusik ensemble; a small group of wind players who amused noblemen with light background music during court proceedings. The Great Hall at Wollaton offers the perfect setting for the Nottingham Chamber Wind Ensemble to recreate this historical musical genre and entertain you with repertoire ranging from eighteenth century classics to works with a more modern twist, as well as foot-tapping melodies from favourite musicals.
Doors Open: 1.30 pm
Performance Starts: 2 pm (approx. 2 hours including interval)
Price: £10 per person + booking fee.
Parking charges apply.
