The 2025/26 UK Athletics Cross Challenge Series is set to hit the mud this winter, bringing together Britain’s top endurance athletes, clubs, and aspiring juniors across four landmark events.
With a refreshed calendar that travels from Wales to Liverpool, then to London and Nottingham, this season promises to showcase the talent of UK cross-country runners.
Supported by British Athletics, The UK Inter-Counties Cross Country Championships will be held in the Grounds of Wollaton Park, Nottingham on Saturday 7th March 2026.
Wollaton Park is of course already an established and popular venue on the domestic cross-country circuit. The Inter-Counties aside, Wollaton Park has staged major domestic cross-country meetings like the English National (2014, 2017 and 2020) and English Schools Champs (2023) in recent years.
